Cozy Sack General Shipping Information
After your order ships you will receive a FedEx tracking number. You can go to www.fedex.com to track your package. We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, APO and AP addresses. If you decide to make an address correction after the order has shipped, there will be a $10.00 address correction fee. FedEx charges the fee and it will add an extra two to three days shipping time. Expedited shipping is not an option because the boxes are large and heavy causing the charges to be extremely high.

Return Shipping
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days unless noted. Most items will ship the next day an order is received (Monday - Friday prior to 2:00PM PST). Orders received after 2:00PM, or those received over the weekend or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day.
